All purchases on Genflix are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds under normal circumstances.
Digital products such as software licenses, subscriptions, or account activations are delivered instantly or activated upon purchase, making them non-returnable and non-refundable. Once the order is completed, ownership or access rights are transferred to the buyer, and we cannot reverse this process.
Exception for Non-Delivery
If Genflix fails to deliver your purchased product within 7 days of order confirmation due to reasons attributable to us, you may claim a full refund.
Steps to Claim a Refund for Non-Delivery
Contact our support team at support@genflix.in within 7 days after the delivery deadline.
Provide your order details, including the order ID and proof of payment.
Once verified, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Important: Refund claims made for reasons other than non-delivery or beyond the allowed timeframe will not be considered.
Incorrect Information During Order
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate details (e.g., email address) at the time of purchase. If you provide incorrect or invalid credentials, Genflix is not liable for the failure of delivery.
No refund will be issued for orders with incorrect information.
In rare cases, at Genflix’s sole discretion, we may issue a gift card worth the order value, which can be used for future purchases on Genflix. This decision is final and non-negotiable.
