Genflix.in operates as a digital marketplace connecting verified sellers with buyers seeking authentic, affordable digital products and services.

  • Purpose of the Platform: We created Genflix.in to bring transparency, organization, and trustworthiness to a previously unstructured digital marketplace.
  • Role of Genflix: Genflix acts solely as a facilitator, enabling secure transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Verification Process: Sellers on Genflix are thoroughly verified to ensure their listings are accurate and comply with our policies. However, sellers are ultimately responsible for the products and services they offer.
  • Product Delivery and Payment: Payments made by buyers are held securely and, in most cases, are only released to sellers after the buyer confirms receipt of the product or service.

2. Eligibility

To access or use Genflix, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a product or service on Genflix, you:

  • Agree to follow all guidelines and policies outlined on the platform.
  • Acknowledge that these Terms govern your use of the platform, and failure to read these Terms will not excuse non-compliance.
  • Accept that non-compliance with usage guidelines, licensing terms, or product policies could result in product/service suspension, forfeiture, or liability.

The products and services listed on Genflix are digital in nature and may include software licenses, subscriptions, tools, and other online services.

  • Product Descriptions: Each product listing provides detailed information, including features, pricing, and usage guidelines.
  • Copyright and Intellectual Property:
    • Genflix does not claim ownership of products or their intellectual property.
    • Any copyright issues should be reported to copyright@genflix.in, and we will investigate such claims promptly.
    • Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their products do not violate intellectual property rights.

5. Genflix’s Role as a Marketplace

Genflix operates as a neutral intermediary and does not create, own, or produce the products listed on its platform.

  • Seller Accountability: Sellers are responsible for the authenticity, legality, and quality of their listings.
  • Secure Transactions:
    • Payments are securely processed through trusted gateways.
    • In most cases, funds are withheld from the seller until the buyer confirms product receipt.
  • Dispute Resolution: Genflix will assist buyers and sellers in resolving disputes but does not guarantee outcomes.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

When purchasing products or services on Genflix, buyers must:

  • Read Product Details and Policies: Buyers are responsible for reviewing all product information, usage guidelines, and licensing terms before purchase.
  • Adhere to Licensing Terms: Buyers must use products in compliance with applicable laws and seller-provided terms.
  • Understand Refund and Return Policies: Refunds for digital products are limited and subject to Genflix’s discretion.

7. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers on Genflix must:

  • Ensure Authenticity: All products and services must be genuine, lawful, and free of defects.
  • Provide Accurate Listings: Sellers must provide detailed and truthful product descriptions.
  • Resolve Issues Promptly: Sellers are required to address buyer complaints and disputes in a timely manner.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Genflix respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from its users.

  • Reporting Copyright Violations: Any copyright or IP concerns should be reported to copyright@genflix.in for review.
  • Seller Responsibility: Sellers must ensure that their products do not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • Genflix’s Neutral Role: Genflix does not claim ownership of the products listed and serves solely as a facilitator for transactions.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds and cancellations are limited.

  • Refunds Are Offered For:
    • Non-delivery of the product.
    • Delivery of a product that does not match the description.
    • Technical issues preventing usage, provided the buyer notifies support within 7 days of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Buyer negligence in reading product details or usage policies.
    • Misuse of the product or violation of licensing terms.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@genflix.in, and Genflix reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet its criteria.

Genflix provides full customer support to assist buyers and sellers with:

  • Delivery tracking and resolution of disputes.

11. Indemnification

  • By Buyers: Buyers agree to indemnify and hold Genflix harmless from claims arising from the misuse of products or non-compliance with these Terms.
  • By Sellers: Sellers agree to indemnify Genflix and buyers from:
    • Legal claims related to counterfeit or unauthorized products.
    • Breach of copyright or intellectual property laws.
    • Faulty or misrepresented product delivery.

12. Limitation of Liability

Genflix is not liable for:

  • Errors or omissions in product listings provided by sellers.
  • Losses resulting from the use of purchased products or services.
  • Issues beyond Genflix’s control, including technical failures or third-party actions.

Genflix’s liability is limited to the transaction amount in question.

13. Legal Compliance and Protection

Genflix reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for non-compliance. Any fraudulent or illegal activity on the platform will be reported to authorities.

  • Jurisdiction: All legal disputes will be governed by the laws of India, with Bhagalpur, Bihar as the exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Modifications to Terms

Genflix reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

16. Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Genflix.in offers the option to pre-order certain digital products and services, enabling customers to secure items either newly added to our platform or temporarily out of stock. Pre-orders are subject to the following terms:

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to purchase digital products or services that are either:

Newly listed on our platform and not yet available for immediate delivery, or

Temporarily out of stock, with inventory expected to arrive.

2. Delivery Timeline

Pre-order items may take up to 30 days from the date of purchase for delivery.

As Genflix operates as a marketplace facilitating transactions with verified white-label sellers, some delays are possible due to our commitment to delivering only authentic and verified products.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations or refunds will not be entertained during the 30-day delivery period.

If Genflix fails to deliver the product within the 30-day period, we will:

Automatically process a full refund, or

Allow customers to manually request a refund by emailing support@genflix.in with the following details:

Order ID

Description of the pre-ordered product/service

Optional: Payment screenshot for quicker verification

4. Automatic Refunds for Extended Delays

If it becomes evident that the product release or inventory restocking will be delayed beyond the 30-day period, Genflix will automatically issue a refund.

Such delays are rare, and every effort will be made to fulfill the pre-order within the stated timeline.

5. Customer Responsibility

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product or service is not immediately available and agree to wait up to 30 days for delivery.

You also agree to adhere to the cancellation and refund policy specific to pre-orders.
