Welcome to Genflix! Here are the policies for all subscription products sold on Genflix. Please read them carefully, as they apply to all subscription categories on our platform.

1. Delivery Policy

Instant Delivery: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive your account details (e.g., login information) within 24 hours via email and WhatsApp.

Secure Delivery: All account details are sent securely to keep your information safe.

High Order Volume: During high-demand times, delivery may take up to 36 hours. We appreciate your patience, and rest assured that we’ll get your account to you as soon as possible.

2. Exchange Policy

Requesting an Exchange: If you encounter any issues with your account during your subscription period, you can request an exchange. If the problem is on our end, the exchange will be free of charge.

Exchange Validity: You are eligible to request an exchange anytime within your subscription period.

Exchange Request Process:

  1. Contact our support team with your purchase details and a description of the issue you are facing.

  2. Our team will verify the problem and, if needed, will provide a replacement account.

  3. Compliance Requirement: To be eligible for an exchange, you must follow the usage guidelines for each product. If you don’t comply, the exchange policy may not apply.

3. Return Policy

Conditions for Return: Returns are allowed if the account does not work the first time you use it or if the provided details are incorrect.

Return Window: You must request a return within 24 hours of receiving your account details.

Return Request Process:

  1. Contact our support team immediately with your purchase details and a description of the problem.

  2. Our team will verify the issue and assist you with the return process if it meets the return conditions.

4. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available if your account is not delivered within 72 hours, or if a problem remains unresolved after an exchange.

Two Options for Refunds:

Option 1: We can provide a gift card worth the value of your purchase.

Option 2: A direct refund, which will be credited back to you within 5-7 business days.

Sales are Final on Some Products: For certain subscription products, the sale is final due to the cost we incur from advance stock generation. For these products, we can only offer a gift card and not a cash refund.

Refund Request Process:

  1. Contact our support team with your purchase details and a description of the issue.

  2. Once approved, we will process your refund or gift card as per your choice.

No Further Discussion: By purchasing from Genflix, you agree to all of these policies. Further requests or disputes will not be entertained.
